I weigh 149 lbs and my goal is to reach 149 lbs in three months of time. I rarely eat fast food (only on fridays), I walk 2-3 km a day and jog almost 1 km daily as will as minimal lifting in my home. I want to change my life by finding out a good workout and weightloss routine. I don't have any experience with scheduled weight loss programs and I'm not exactly high on money either. I don't count calories though, I just eat till I'm almost full, 2-3 timea a day. Is this good and healthy for me? Can someone please give me good insight on what I'm doing right and wrong? Apologies, as my English isn't good.
