Noticing it!

Hi!

Just wanted to pop on here and talk about noticing the weight loss etc.

When I started in May, I wondered how long it would be until I noticed it. Not other people, not the scales or measuring tape, but my own eyes.

I have body dysmorphia, so noticing it can be hard, as I only see what my mind allows me. That being said, I have been working on my self image issues, and truly looking in the mirror everyday with a positive mindset.

Over the last week, I have really noticed my weight loss, for the first time ever. I realised things were baggier, but truly didn’t believe it. Now I can really see it, and I feel like I am seeing my true self for the first time ever.

This is around the 30-40lb mark for anyone wondering, but others around me noticed at the 20lb mark.

So here I am, almost 4 months down the line, so happy I made that change even when I didn’t see the results strait away. I cannot wait to carry on, and see how I feel another 4 months down the line! So happy I am about to be under the 200lb mark in the first time in about 3/4 years, it’s going to be a real proud moment for me.

So if you’re reading this, please carry on! You can do it, and you will see those positive changes. If you are struggling, work on yourself too. That’s the best thing I ever did. Let time pass by, make those changes and you will see the results eventually. You will thank yourself so much. The time will pass anyway, so you might as well try <3
