- What do you eat each day?
- What were you eating in a day before your weight loss?
- Do you count calories?
- How much did you lose eating this way over how long?

Myself: 32F, 5'2 and about 100 pounds overweight. I gained mostly from a rough cycle of alcoholism & binge eating and am sober now but the weight doesn't seem to be coming off.
