Gang. Curious how many folks have used OMAD for weight loss? And some general do’s and dont’s? I’ve been listening to my natural cues for hunger while maintaining exercise. I find I prefer to exercise in the am and have a large breakfast. I then find I’m not hungry for the rest of the day.
I am 42F. Am I crazy for thinking this is the way I should approach my weight loss journey moving forward? Feels very natural and wrong at the same time because we’re told to have meals with X macros and all that. Looking for some guidance. Thanks all!
