Share what you eat in a day please!!

Those who have lost weight (or at least not gained) please feel free to share the following, I could really use the advice and perspective:

  • What do you eat each day?
  • What were you eating in a day before your weight loss?
  • Do you count calories?
  • How much did you lose eating this way over how long?
  • Anything else you want to add

I really enjoy hearing people's stories and experiences, please feel free to share as much or as little as you want 🙂

Myself: 32F, 5'2 and about 100 pounds overweight. I gained mostly from a rough cycle of alcoholism & binge eating and am sober now but the weight doesn't seem to be coming off.
