So I started counting calories about 3 and a half weeks ago. I started at 229, 5'11", male in his 30s. Eating about 2200-2500 a day with around 17-26k steps 5 days a week. Also light exercise, basketball, swimming, bike.
This morning, I was down to 211.
Is this fast of weight loss healthy/normal? Or should I be concerned. I'm not really super hungry or anything, just watching pure calories.
I keep expecting it to slow down, but it hasn't so far. I know I read some things about water weight. But is this past that point yet? At what point would there be cause for concern?
Thanks for any help! This been a pretty crazy transition into realizing just what im eating. It feels amazing so far....
