So im about 450 and im roughly 6’9”. Weight has fluctuated and dieted and such off and on for years. now im really trying to lose it, for more superficial reasons. ive always had a bad back, ive started to do a bit of walking but looking for anything else that would help me lose the weight. and maybe some meal prep recommendations?
