Hi I’m F18. Rn I’m at my biggest 5’8, 224lbs. I won’t act clueless as to how I got this way because I’ve been researching ways to lose weight since I was 14. My main problem is my consistency. I’ve been dropping workouts more than I’ve been dropping weight and I really want to change that by may because of graduation.
I don’t want to be extremely skinny but my goal is to lose 92lbs. Right now I have a fairly active routine as im fortunate enough to have a gym at my school as it’s apart of my classes regimen but we mostly only have 30 minutes. After school I have work 5 days a week in which I walk minimum 12k steps. My highest step count is 20k steps in a day which I am very proud of but I’m not losing any weight still. I signed up for the gym during the summer but only went twice because of anxiety and work.
I feel like one of my biggest issues is wanting to be organized. There are so many videos out there that I’ve watched that recommend different work out splits and diets and I’m always unsure of what I want to do when I get in the gym at school so I ultimately just use the treadmill.
As for my diet it’s the same. People show “what I eat in day” but have a weight loss that took months to years. Idk what I should eat and I also don’t have very much time to make recipes so I end up skipping meals and put myself into a cycle of starvation and binge eating which is also bad.
I’m looking for stuff that’s convenient but has protein and I can eat it on the go. If there’s anyone who could give me advice or suggestions on how to incorporate a weight loss plan in my schedule please tell me😭
