I got injured when I was 26 and had to stop exercising. Over the span of 4 years I was gaining weight every year (I was 140 at 26). At 29, I weighed 180 pounds and am 5’4, F. At 30, I lost 30 pounds in 2 months. I had to go on a diet a functional medicine doctor gave me to try to help my health issues. Well I already had a droopy left eyelid and cheek from nerve damage. However, ever since the weight loss, I noticed the droopiness on my left side got way more prominent. A lot of fat went to my face when I had put on weight, so I’m wondering if it was the weight loss that may have caused this. My left side didn’t look that droopy at 26 when I was at the same weight I am now. So I’m wondering if it’s a combination of aging and weight loss. I also had to have surgery on my kidney back in July, so im not sure if that could also be a possible cause.
