Why is it getting harder?

I started my weight loss journey around 2 weeks ago. My plan was very simple, i ate two meals and did one workout in the morning, and walked for about an hour in the evening. It was very fun in the beginning and I was also seeing results so I was very motivated. However, these past few days have been so much harder. I have to resist harder against food and I feel less energetic and get tired easily in my workouts. I've been getting really bad cravings and also overeating a little bit over my limit. I thought it would get easier with time if I remained consistent, why is it getting harder?
