I've started my weight loss journey and my weight seems to be fluctuating like crazy (well, at least to me). Is this typical for a week or maybe an issue with my scale? I'm confused about what I actually weigh because 219 vs. 213 seems pretty different. Maybe I should just take an average of the two?
1/1 - 215.6
1/2 - 217.8
1/3 - 219.2
1/4 - 215.6
1/5 - 213.6
1/6 - 217.4
1/7 - 216.3
In the past when I've lost weight, it has seemed more consistent (i.e. losing 1 or 2 lbs per week or just staying the same). I will say this is my highest weight, so I'm not sure if things tend to fluctuate more when you weigh more.
I'm sure it looks different from person to person, but what is typical for water weight or normal fluctuation?
