I haven't weighed since I went to the gym in December, but I figure I'm somewhere around 170 lbs nows, if not less.
I probably used to weigh around 250 when I really started trying to lose it.
Judging my calorie intake comes pretty naturally now. I definitely have a pretty good sense if I have eaten too much or too little in one day. It doesn't take that much effort and I rarely track as much.
I tend to walk a lot, but my friend and I have began trying to encourage each other to go to the gym together last month.
