Has anyone had experience with using Nourish or seeing a dietitian on your own/through another platform for help and guidance managing your PCOS through nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes for weight loss? How has having a dietitian helped or not helped you, like did it keep you accountable and consistent with your efforts, or did it make it harder? I want to know everything, as I am currently signed up on Nourish to see a dietitian for PCOS and weight loss in February, and I will be paying out of pocket, so I want to make it worth it.
