i recently got engaged and am 26F ~200lbs, my goal weight is 160lbs and trying to get there by August to find a dress for the wedding later in the year.
My main question, am I eating too little? I eat around 1,400 calories a day, and walk 6 miles a day with a 20-30 workout with weights at home. I track my calories and macros, with a goal of 170g protein (which chatgpt told to i should be eating but i have no clue). I just want advice so i do this weight loss thing properly and dont lose all my muscle!
