Hi! I'm about a month and a half into my first serious attempt to lose weight and while I'm seeing progress, I've noticed a pattern that's been bothering me. I keep weighing it at exactly the same weight down to the tenth of a pound four, five, even six days in a row, before suddenly jumping down 2+ lbs at once.
I realize some fluctuation is normal and water weight is a thing but it has me feeling like I can't trust my scale because surely the decrease in weight should be more gradual.
Anyway, just wanted to ask if this is a normal part of the experience.
