Is weight loss really just calories in / calories out? I’ve lost about 100 pounds doing Keto. I still have about 50 to go for my goal weight but I can’t do this diet anymore. The thought of eating any more eggs makes me sick tbh. If I just start tracking calories hard will that keep my progress going? I haven’t had an iced coffee from Starbucks in over a year and I want to start to treat myself every once in a while. While I know it’s fill of sugar, will this stall me if I allow for the 350 ish calories maybe once a week? Currently I haven’t been tracking calories at all, all focus has been on carb count.
