I have lost a bit over 20kg since the end of June. Current weight 66,5kg and height 157 cm so still overweight but at least not obese anymore.
What has been bothering me lately that I’m not sure if it’s weight loss related or not is what i assume is a severe version of light headedness when standing up. I have gotten lightheaded before when standing up. Even had to hold onto counters before until it passes to feel more stable. But at this point I would most likely fall if I didn’t manage to hold onto something because it’s so bad. It lasts way longer too. Sometimes it even feels like I’ve almost lost consciousness. I’m shaking or my body is trying to fall down or something. If regular light headedness is grey where everything is a big blurry this feels like black. I’m honestly getting scared I’m going to pass out next time it happens.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it weight loss related? I have also been working more night shifts during weekends if that might explain it?
