I’m 12 weeks into my new life and I’ve lost 11lbs. It’s not as much as I’d hoped but I’m focusing more on changing my habits and thought process rather than the actual number. I also have PCOS and agoraphobia so weight loss is a huge challenge. My goal is to lose 100lbs over all. I’ve been 225lbs for the last 8 years with almost no change (up or down) so I’ve looked the same for years.
Anyways, I know 11lbs isn’t really enough to change my body shape but I’m really looking forward to the day I can look in the mirror and see the change, that will be a huge milestone for me. At what point in your weight loss did you see the difference? I take my measurements every 2 weeks and haven’t seen any notable change yet but I’m only 10% of my goal.
