Lost a ton of weight the first week, but the second week i lost none at all

Hey folks

So i started focusing on losing weight and getting in shape 2 weeks ago, i wouldn't really say i'm fat, but i had some extra weight at 90kg and 180cm, and also struggled with mobility and joint pain, so i started working out daily and focusing on healthy eating (I don't count calories as i can't really be bothered to do so for every single meal i eat, but i only eat once a day and make sure my macro proportion is good to get fulfilled quicker, as well as slow eating and drinking water), on my first week my weight loss was drastic, way more than normal from what i've seen, i went from weighing 90kg to 85kg, so i lost about 5kg, however on the second week, despite continuing with the same routine, i lost no weight at all.

Now it's perfectly ok if i don't lose weight as fast as the first week, but i don't know why this week my weight stayed the same, i guess it's normal since the more weight you lose the harder it is to lose it, but i'll try to adapt my workout routine and my diet to make sure i keep losing, what is your opinion? Do you think it's normal or should i change something?
