Ladies, how do you mentally handle weight fluctuations due to your cycle

Hi LoseIt Ladies,

I am kind of losing it right now. I have been doing well on my weight loss journey. I was thinking that I was almost where I need to be. Cue PMS. My weight has shot up. The scale just keeps going up each day. Now I know my body. I know my body holds onto weight one week before my period like clockwork. But this is still messing with my head. I wonder if my weight loss journey actually IS going that well or if the weight I'm seeing on the scale is real weight. When will this cycle weight come back off so I can know what my actual weight is? What is going on with my body? Anyways, how do you ladies manage this? How do you not get discouraged once a month when the scale just won't agree with you and reflect your hard work?
