I’m starting on my weight loss journey and I just signed up for my local planet fitness. They have an app. My iPhone has an app. The three year old Fitbit my friend gave me has an app…it’s all apps! What apps/devices have actually helped you with establishing a regular exercise routine?
I think my biggest struggle will be accountability. I’m a tired dad with three kids and I don’t feel like getting up and out that often (because I’m chasing kids all day long). I need to get my weight under control and get my health back in shape.
Any suggestions?
