Hi everyone!
I've been trying to lose weight now for about 6 weeks using a certain diet: I eat nothing after 20:00 and don't start until 12:00. I heard somewhere that your body will start using fat reserves in the morning (I'd like some confirmation because if it doesn't do anything special, why do it?).
For lunch I always eat balanced like boiled eggs or occasionally scrambled with olive oil, and some vegetables. I stay away from sweets. Sometimes a cracker slips through, but not often. Dinner is usually mixed potatoes, veggies and meat in 1:2:1 mix. I don't have control over that so that's not something I can fix. I also take vitamins.
Now according to various sources my recommended calorie intake is 2091 (175cm, 73.4kg). Everyday I eat 1700, usually less. So technically I should lose weight right? In these 6 weeks not even a decimal has changed on the scale. I know weight loss doesn't happen overnight, but this seems a little weird.
Am I missing something? I don't really exersise but I do move ( delivery guy 2-3 days a week, 3 hours, plus I can't sit still :) ). So am I missing something important? Something essential that I don't do? Is there anything I can do to help myself?
TL;DR: 175cm 73.4kg, can't lose weight even after 6 weeks, eat healthy, slighty active.
Thanks in advance !
