Gaining weight instead of losing while running. What am I doing wrong?

Hello. About three weeks ago, I started running. The first week, I ran three times, and the second and this third week, I’ve ran 4-5 times. I usually run for 3-3.5 miles. Since I’m still really out of shape, it takes me about an hour to run that far (I take walking breaks). I also go for a 3 mile walk with my mom in the evenings on most weeknights. On days when I don’t run, I will go for a walk or ride my bike instead. Once a week, I don’t do any exercise, to heal and relax. From my diet changes, I’ve lost 65 lbs.

I added in running because it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and I thought it would be a great weight loss tool. However, I’ve gained two pounds. I was expecting to lose weight and finally reach my next milestone of Onederland (getting under 200 pounds), so seeing the scale move in the opposite direction is very concerning and defeating. I know fluctuations are a thing, but the scale has only been moving up, not down. The only changes I’ve made to my diet since running are eating at slightly different time. Before running, I was doing strict OMAD (one meal a day). Now, I eat a small snack after my run to prevent feeling dizzy, and have my regular meal at dinner time. I’m not eating any more or less than normal. I don’t count calories strictly, but I usually eat around 1,600 calories. Coupled with all the exercise I’m doing, I know I’m in a calorie deficit. So...why am I gaining? I still have about 70 lbs to lose and I feel very discouraged. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Sorry for the long post!
