Hi. I am 25M
Height 5'8", Weight: 82.5kg (Target: 68.8kg).
My weight was 72kg in April before I got covid and when I fully recovered in Aug it was 84.7kg. I tracked calories before but stopped during lockdown Started Again in Aug.
Here, is the progress:

According to Lose it application I should eat 11368 cal per week to attain my goal but I am just eating 5000-7200 fewer Calories each week but according to Google Fit Data, my Energy Expended each day is approx 1900-2000 Cal (Could Anyone Explain this as well).
Could anyone please tell me how can I improve more and lose fat rather than muscle mass? and is it feasible to lose 10kg weight in 32-35 days?
