Hello folks!
I can't lose weight, I am highly frustrated and just can't seem to lose weight. I've tried keto, low fat diets, etc. It's been a year now and I am unable to lose weight.
Up until last year, I always remained between 160-170 pds.
But then I suddenly gained 10 lbs. and NOT muscle. I now sit at 180.
I'm 5'7" and i estimate i'm about 18-20% bf.
I struggle just to bend over and tie my shoe.
So I have been working out, lifting weights heavy, running 15-20 miles a week, eating within 500-1000 caloric deficit, and for a year and to no avail.
I try so hard, work out so hard, eat clean, and I haven't even drank alcohol for 30 days.
Still, no weight loss.
Also I noticed recently i began to suffer from ED this past whole entire year, but I think it's due to being overweight. But also I'm starting to think I'm suffering from Low T?
I am only 31 years old.
Does Anybody have a clue what's going on with my body?? Please any advice would be great!
