I'm really emotional while typing this so bare with me. I'm at 3x now. Out of nowhere, I went from a size 10 to a 3x. So I want to lose weight without going on some really restrictive diet, not saying I want to be able to eat a whole pizza and lose weight either just somewhere in the middle. However, I'm reading this book and the gist of the book so far is that weight loss is a pointless endeavor because it never last long. The woman is coming from a good place and she's trying to stay as factual as possible but even with all her sage advice I can't live like this. I haven't weighed myself for fear of what I might see but I'm pretty sure im probably somewhere over 220 probably at 5"2. I can't fit any of my clothes outside of my leggings and I'm getting bigger every day. This is sorta a rant but I'm also looking for advice and inspiration. Anyone have long term weight loss success? Any advice on how to make this a lifestyle change?
