I feel really dumb right now. The other day I was craving hot dogs, so I went out and got some as well as buns. I didn't check the info on either of them because I thought for some reason it wouldn't be so bad. I'm a 5'10 female and my weight is 165. I started my weight loss on March 25th weighing in at 172. The only time I eat is at 12 pm and 7 pm. I usually have honey nut cheerios 12 pm, followed by a small bowl of pasta at 7 pm. I'm afraid that I'm gonna be gaining if I have one for dinner but at the same time I can't waste them, since I live with my dad and he doesn't like hot dogs. What do I do? Thank you for your help.
