Mentally overcoming a plateau

I have been dedicated to living a healthier, more active lifestyle for most of this year. I started tracking my progress at the start of April by using chest, waist, and hip measurements. Due to a complicated history with food and eating disorders, I put my scale in my closet and I don't track my weight as I get too obsessed with that number and would weigh myself multiple times a day. Every Monday, I start my day by taking my measurements and recording them in my activity log.

For the first month, I was having some good results. Since Instarted tracking, I've lost a total of 6 inches. I'm really insanely proud of this, especially since I have been on lockdown for most of this and can't just go for a jog to get my cardio in. I've been doing DDP Yoga three times a week and cutting sugars out of my diet, but the last two weeks have shown no changes.

I knew this day was coming and that plateauing is a natural part of weight loss and getting healthy, but it is a real jab in my motivation to feel like I am not getting any better. How do you all get past the mental block of not seeing results like this? Thanks in advance!
