I'm struggling to reach my calorie limit, advice?

Hi everyone!

Last year I lost about 40lbs through CICO, which was great, however since then I have regained most of it as a result of moving abroad and life getting hectic.

So as a result if the whole covid19 situation I have been in lockdown for the last 3 weeks, and thought this would be a great time to get back onto loseit and CICO.

Things have been going really well, I'm in a positive mindset and am enjoying eating better, however I'm finding I'm really struggling to eat enough calories! My allowance is set for 1300 per day (I'm f/5'10/cw 183lbs), but this past week or so I've been only reaching around 900 calories per day, and then am finding myself having to make myself eat as I don't want to eat too little to an unhealthy extent.

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm worried not eating enough will actually hinder my weight loss efforts, but I'm simply not getting hungry (this has never been an issue before haha!)

Does anyone have any advice, similar experiences, or insight into how this will affect weightloss?

I'm not sure whether to just accept the decreased appetite or whether I should be making an effort to eat more?

Thanks in advance!
