Finally managing to shed weight, but still scared about loose skin.

Hi r/loseit. I am biologically male, 5'7", almost 30 and started doing intermittent fasting at about 230 pounds. My last weight was 209 today, and I'm really proud of myself. However, a big reason for my choice to lose weight is my body image. I care about health, but looking attractive is important too. Going off BMI calculators (I know, flawed, doesn't count muscle mass, etc., but they're easy to interpret), I am about 60-70 pounds overweight. My short term goal is 190 and long term is about 160. I've read large weight loss, especially late in life, will leave loose skin. I'm worried that will become a problem for me as I have had a sagging belly since I was adolescent. Loose skin could end up killing my desire to lose weight, since it'll make fitting clothes hard and look physically unattractive without surgery. I don't know if I'm too overweight, too old, or been fat for too long to expect a natural recovery. I've got stretch marks but most of them have turned pale by this point. I'd like to know what Reddit thinks and what advice I could take. Will this be something I have to worry about at this point in my life, or can I expect my skin to work for me?
