As the title says, I’ve just begun my weight loss journey 2 months ago, but I’ve come a long way! I have lost 20 pounds since February 15, after 3 years of struggling with my weight. Senior year of high school I was 260 lbs, played football & was in really good shape (I’m 6’4) but once I graduated, it went downhill due to me becoming a stoner & working at McDonald’s (horrible combination) I reached 315 lbs by the end of 2017 & started having high blood pressure issues. I bull shitted for far too long & finally decided to get my act together. On February 15 I was 310 lbs, as of today I am down to 290! I’m no means done with my journey but I am proud of myself for being consistent. These last 2 months have shown me I can really do this. This sub has helped me so much. I’m thankful for the people here who are brave enough to share their stories! You guys help out more than you realize.
