I went to college thinking *I* wouldn't fall victim to the freshman fifteen. and then i lost to the freshman 20. tragic. up to 126 from my senior year low of 107. i've lost weight before (low carbs/calorie counting) and been successful. but now i've been home and doing CICO for 3 weeks, and i've lost a grand total of... ONE pound.
any tips? I'm eating 1200 a day more or less and exercising every day! i'm not eating back exercise calories and i'm usually keeping relatively low carb. I have two big meals a day, maybe a granola bar or some fruits in between. i feel like the lack of weight loss can't be due to muscle gain either, it's only been a few weeks and it's just bodyweight/cardio.
if you have any ideas please please let me know! i am very eager to get back to a comfortable size :(
