Hey everyone I recently have been on a weight loss journey to lose 95 pounds + and I had been eating 1700 calories for awhile and being successful and then out of no where I noticed I was craving food a lot more at night like a lot more so I just tried to have an extremely strict approach with myself to stay away from the kitchen and not eat when it was just yelling at me to eat and I usually would cave in but then I remembered a comment from my old Reddit post that said maybe I’m eating too little so I tried it and it’s working! It’s nice because the extra 300calories allow me to eat a late night snack before bed (I know I shouldn’t eat right before bed but it’s hard it’s like I have to) but anyway we’re up to. Fresh week and let’s get it the 300 calorie addition per day drops my weight loss per week down .5 lbs but that’s ok anyways good night everyone happy weight loss! Don’t be scared to up your calories if you need to! Cheers!
