I started my weight loss journey in 2019 of summer. I was 315lbs and my lowest was 228lbs. I have gained weight between February 2021 to now. I now weigh 250lbs. I feel so lost and I don't know why. I can't get back on track and I feel like I'm spiraling. I am so angry at myself for gaining some of it back. Every night I tell myself to eat less and wake up the next day and ruin everything again.
I was doing so well and I don't know what happened. I don't watch what I eat nor do I workout like I used to. It sucks because I want to be healthier but I don't do it.
I just feel lost and idk what to do to motivate me to record what I eat again and workout like before. If anyone has any tips... it'd be appreciated... I don't wanna be 315lbs again.
