Advice?

Hi everyone, first time posting here (long time lurker). 31f 5 feet one inch short. Starting weight this time around anyway was 284. Current weight 220. I’ve lost the bulk of my weight during the pandemic, just by simply moving more and eating less. I didn’t really track calories until my weight loss stopped two months ago. I did the bmr and tdee bit and bc of my sedentary lifestyle I have around a 1150 calorie allowance in order to be in a 500 calorie deficit. I tried at first to consume 1500 a day and no weight loss. I then added a hour of exercise, five days a week. The elliptical. No weight loss. So I’ve been doing the 1150 for a couple weeks. Now I know people will say I may be under calculating my calorie intake. This is not the case as I am calculating calories to the point of being accused of having an eating disorder lol. I track and weigh everything. So I know this isn’t the case. My main concern is, because of being so short my calorie allowance is so low! I don’t think I could take it any lower. This is why I added the exercise hoping it would increase my deficit without having to drop my calories any lower. Should I be eating back half of my estimated exercise calories? On exercise days I noticed I’m super hungry at night and have been having headaches. If I do not eat back about half of my exercise calories That will sit me at about 800 calories “ consumed”. If I’m correct about how that works. Is this okay long term? I still have about 50-70lbs to go. Any advice, inputs, and recommendations are welcome thanks!
