Hello Everyone,
The COVID pandemic has hit me hard and I could use some advice to get the ball rolling again. Before the pandemic I was in the best shape of my life. I felt alot of stress that I never felt before (potential job loss, more responsibility at work) now I’m about 80lbs over that number. Yes, just thinking about how I could gain so much weight in so little time frightens me. For some more background my weight has been yo-yoing for the entirety of my life.
However, I am no stranger to the background one needs to start their weight loss journey. The problem I am faced with now is basically starting the work. I think back to when I was in better shape, how it came so easily. I used to count calories and have enough energy to work out every other day. Nowadays its a constant mental battle to eat healthy and drag my butt to the gym. For others who have been in my position before, what switch went off to start your weight loss journey once again?
TLDR: Have previously lost a bunch of weight but now I am overweight again. In need of advice to start a weight loss journey once again.
