I've been on and off throughout the years with this long, annoying weight loss journey. Ever since I was a young kid I've been chunky, but I decided to make a half assed change about last year, where I miserably failed. I picked this back up in June of this year and things were rocky until I got serious, like really serious. So did my mum.
We got a scale for food that connects to an app on our phones as well as a weight scale for us that also connects to an app. According to the scale, I'm 260.3lbs with a BMI of 37.4, bare in mind I'm 5'10.5. Due to this relatively shocking fact because when I last weighed myself (foolishly on a carpet) I was 235lbs which probably wasn't even true because of the previously mentioned weighing myself on a carpet. I don't know if I've lost or gained weight since then. But I've made changes.
My calorie deficit is 3000 on a workout day and 2500 on a rest day. I go to basketball every Thursday and try my absolute best to do workout regiments (this includes russian twists, planks, reverse crunches, mountain climbs and more) as well as walking for over an hour and thirty minutes daily. Sometimes I even jog when I'm alone in the woods on a trail.
My goal weight at the moment is 200lbs which means I'll have to work my ass off to lose 60lbs. I'd love to get that done within the span of this month to April of next year but to be honest I don't even think that's possible. I just want to look nice in clothing and just in general, I mean, I'm already hot as hell now but I imagine what I'd be like as a lean person. I'm 167.4lbs of fat free body weight too and 159lbs of muscle mass.
I have these all going on but I'd be more than grateful if some extra tips could be left for me to go by, I really don't want to have bigger boobs than girls my age any longer than I've had to bare. Thanks!
