Need help getting past slump
I’m a 23 year old M I’m 5’6 Started at 163 lbs and am now 145 lbs
I’ve been using a constant 1500 calorie goal and I’ve found success with that where I’m able to lose consistently. However, I’ve been at 145 for about 3 weeks now and I can’t seem to find out how to get out.
I’ve kept the calorie deficit throughout and I run about 3 times a week through a C25K program that’s going quite well.
I also have been interested in fixing my body composition so I’ve been lifting weights about 4 times per week. I’ve heard that it can cause water retention but I’m not sure if it can cause this effect for so long.
I also ensure that I get at least 80 grams of protein daily
I appreciate any advice as I still have stubborn love handles that need to go.
