My name is Deena! I am 32 years old, 5’4 and I currently sit at 193 lbs. When I started my weight loss in April I weight 209.
I am currently eating about 1600 calories a day and working out 4-5 days a week Witt a minimum work out time of 30 minutes and maximum an hour. I currently focus on more weight lifting on machines and maybe a couple times a week I throw in some cardio. But not a lot. I hate it so much.
Recently I am having trouble getting my scale to move. It’s been giving 193-195 for about 3 weeks now. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong. I thought maybe I was eating to little calories but every calculator gives me a different numbers each time.
Any help/advice from other peoples weight loss would be great! Maybe I am just impatient.
