Hey, so I started my weight loss journey almost 2 years ago I was 140 kgs and now I’m 88 but I can’t seem to go below this. My weight keeps on fluctuating between 88-90. I am consuming 1800 calories and I workout 6 times a week, working out almost 90 minutes. I was doing some research and found an article saying multiple your weight by 16 if you go and workout more than 5 times a week in order to lose weight. So 195 x 16 = 3120. That’s a lot of calories and I don’t know I’m just scared of these many calories because yk kind of scared of being over weight and I just keep my calories around 1800. I need someone to help me with this, what should I do?
