Weight loss has ground to a halt. What am I doing wrong?

So for context, I’ve dropped from 260lbs to 175lbs. Everything was going well until about 7 months ago when my weight loss just stopped dead in its tracks. Since then, I haven’t even lost a single pound, and I rarely even see any fluctuations as a whole. More or less, if I’m gonna hop on the scale every morning, it is most certainly gonna be exactly the same - no more, no less.

I use LoseIt to track my calories and I keep it updated with my current weight and activity level so as not to overeat by accident. I’ve been eating 1500 calories a day and have a cheat day on Fridays where I eat no more than 2300 calories.

As for exercise, I work from home, so I try to get my exercise in by going for 2 mile walks 3-4 times a week and going to the gym twice a week for an hour each. While at the gym, I do some light/moderate cardio for 20 minutes then spend the remaining time lifting weights.

Until now, I’ve been eating whatever I want as long as it’s within my allocated calories for the day. That seems to have worked until now. I haven’t been focusing effort on ensuring I get enough protein etc into my diet so perhaps that could contribute to the lack of progress lately.

According to my TDEE, I should in theory be losing a pound a week with my current plan, so what am I doing wrong? Any advice would be much appreciated.

EDIT: My measurements have also not changed. Normally I track both as I know the scale isn’t the most reliable source.

TL;DR - I’ve lost 85lbs so far but weight loss has stopped entirely. Eat a total of 11,300 calories a week and exercise 5-6 times a week.
