Long time lurker on the subreddit. Like many of you, I've struggled with weight loss for a long time, mentally and physically. After trying and stumbling constantly since I was 13, I made another attempt in January 2020. At my highest I was around 23 and half stone, I'm now 15 stone exactly!
I can't tell you why I stuck the diet and exercise this time around. Mostly because I truly can't fathom it myself.
I didn't do anything different to what you probably assume, simple push/pull workout regime with some borrowed weights due to Covid, and calorie counted my meals. Did some things the wrong way as well i.e starved myself sometimes/didn't eat enough/over trained.
I hope everyone finds success on your own journeys. I know it's hard, and I know what I'm about to say is never easy to believe.
But, if I can do it, anyone can!
