The first time I posted this it was instantly removed for being too short so I might throw in some stuff at the bottom to lengthen it lol.
I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, and I'm finally at a point where I'm motivated to do it. I've been looking into keto and intermittent fasting but it's complicated and I don't really understand it. I'm 17 and I can't drive or get a job, so I don't have a gym membership but I intend to start walking around my neighborhood everyday. I always feel really self conscious saying this, but I weight around 330 pounds, and I'm just 17. my doctor wants me to lose 100 pounds; what's the best, quickest, healthiest way someone like me should go about that?
Like in addition to losing the weight, I want to be able to keep it off and to be healthy. Honestly, I've struggled a lot with self image in the past, to very dangerous points, but I'm comfortable with my body now. I really just want to be healthy and lose enough weight to be able to do things I couldn't before; I want to be able to exercise regularly, and not lose my breath so quickly, and not be so slow. I want to be able to find clothes that fit me that I like, easily. I want to be able to bind and eventually get top surgery without worrying about if my weight could hinder that.
