Took it slowly and lost 7 pounds over 3 months without calorie counting and instead switching to nutrient dense foods rather than calorie dense ones for almost all meals, which I'm lowkey proud of. It's worked surprisingly well so far and in conjunction with almost daily cardio (at least 10000 steps worth) it's managed to bring my weight down slowly.
Despite my BMI of 22.2 which falls in the healthy weight range, I've got quite a gut and loads of fat all around my body. I completely understand that I am growing and that I shouldn't worry too much about this because I'm still growing and should expect to get taller and leaner, the amount of fat is still immense with it bulging like 5 or so inches out of my abdomen. The other fat around my body is mainly concentrated in my chest and legs and my question is how can I start burning all this fat around my body? Getting rid of this fat and becoming leaner is a priority in my weight loss journey and I'm open to trying out anything but I don't have access to any sort of gym equipment except a yoga mat and treadmill.
