Hello guys, I am 19 year old male of height 160cm. I have been on weight loss journey for almost 7 months now, I successfully managed to reduce 25kg ( from 105 to 78) but recently, my weight is stucked on 78 for about a month now. My maintanence calorie is 2400 since I hit gym 6 days and do moderate to heavy exercise with combination of both cardio and resistance. And My usual intake is around 1600-1800 calorie which is filled with protien and vitamins. I absolutely take no suppliment, just a black coffee 15 min before workout. I even use a band to calculate my calorie burn which is usually around 600 calories. Still my weight is not decreasing. Please help me.
Ps- even though little, I see growth of muscles in my overall body.
