Hi everyone! Any other people on Jenny Craig? Today I start week 4 of Jenny Craig rapid results max program. Im hoping to beat the average 30 day weight loss of 17 lbs by next Monday. Its not cheap but I'm really impressed with it. I work a lot and put on a substantial amount of weight (60 lbs) over the last 2 years. I was ready to get it off but meal prepping, weighing food and counting calories just seemed too daunting of a task for me right now. The ready made meals took away the hard part for me. Im really happy with my progress and should hit my goal weight by December. If any of you thought about the program but were hesitant, I can assure you that it works. I have not cheated and follow the program exactly as is. Once my goal weight is hit, I'll go on maintenance and fix my own meals. At this point in my life, this program is what I need. Happy losing!
