Chia seed + water is my favorite weight loss supplement

I have been on a weight loss journey for as long as I can remember, but lately I have found my rhythm and thanks to weight lifting + a caloric deficit I am down 4lbs in a week! The hardest part for many of us is the diet which happens to be the majority component of weight loss. My issue also is that I love food. I find myself to be hungry only about an hour after eating. I tried a tik tok hack (yeah I know, tik tok isnt a credible source but this genuinely worked) where you mix chia seeds in water for a few minutes and wait for the chia seeds to turn into more of a jelly consistency. Drink that mix with a little lemon juice. The chia seeds expand in water and thus fill you up longer. I have been drinking this mix for a week and it has helped me stay in my caloric deficit since I am not as hungry. I can eat breakfast and not even think about lunch until lunch time (there have been times I totally skipped lunch because Im genuinely not hungry). I have tried many “tricks” to weight loss but this is certainly the best supplement to help you reach your goals. Hopefully this post will help some of you!
