The little things you notice from weight loss ...

... I've been noticing that I now have a bit more spring in my step and will probably need to increase my exercise somewhat, e.g. cycling and more kayaking, in addition to my walking (Cant run due to a knee injury).

In addition, I now am using my second hole in my watch band, as opposed to my 4th hole, before changing to my 3rd hole.

This is all started since December when I had severe abdominal pain, which led to my liver surgery to remove a benign lump that had started to bleed, that reduced the amount I could eat. And I have effectively stayed at that level and my weight continues to drop.
