Why am I not loosing? Why am I gaining?

I’m f, 5’6 Starting weight was 185 pounds and current weight is 145, my goal weight is 130. I used to be a really fat child, but then I joined a school sport and only weighed 136 and was really slip. After a few years I suddenly gained a lot of weight even though I wasn’t over eating on my calories, I just wasn’t working out. So I started trying to loose weight and now I’m here. The only way I can loose weight is by eating less than 1000 calories a day and exercising everyday for about 50 minutes. After researching the weight loss process I am so confused, I was eating below my calorie limit for my whole weight loss journey and still took forever. Now that I’m deliberately calorie counting I eat mostly healthy foods. (I have a cheat day every Friday where I will get myself one fast food meal or any meal of my choice, and still keep it below 1200 calories for the day). I only recently started working at a sweets shop, but I only take one doughnut home on day of the week, and eat it over the course of 7 days. Someone suggested 1200 calories was too little for me and my body was holding onto the weight and said 1500 would be good, but still nothing works. I eat abunch of healthy food, count my calories, work out everyday, drink so much water i now have to count my ounces like calories because I was drinking too much, and drink hot lemon water in the morning. I get on the scale and ive gained 5 pounds. I am so confused and I just was to break down. I see so many people here who loose like 60 pounds in a year just on CICO, but I could only loose 20 pounds in a year. do I have some sort of health problem that just makes it hard for my body to loose weight?
