3 years dieting. Disappointed by results

Hello. I know there are probably countless posts like these but I’d really appreciate some insight from someone who’s been in a similar position/has knowledge. I’m 18, F, 168 cm and weigh 62-63 kg. I started my fitness journey three years back and got into lifting weights. Before I hired a PT I’d just eat one guava, a glass of milk and vegetables with fish for dinner (my parents suggested this and monitored). It helped me drop 10 kg initially and I continued this while lifting. By going to the gym I saw some muscle definition but I still looked fat and out of shape. My PT advised me drop my calories further and do cardio leading to days where I’d just eat one apple and an egg, but after 3 months I started feeling weak. weirdly enough when we calculated my statistics I was still at the same bf and a kg lower. I got a nutritionist who put me on a 1000 calorie diet later (tracked with scales and myfitness pal) I lost the weight but the diet wasn’t sustainable for me. Went to 57 but back to 62. I then tried Heidi Powell’s carb cycling. Had results of weight loss but again, the diet isn’t sustainable where I live. Jan 2020 I decided to eat 1400 and consistently work out with cardio+ Weights for an hour and a half, 10k steps, and have plenty of water. now it’s June 2021 and I have the same measurements. I have meticulously tracked everything and am trying my best but I feel so hopeless. Any advice?
